Arrival and departure

Great traffic connection, diversity, and know-how make Hanover a great trade fair city. Due to its central location, it can be reached quickly and easily.

We offer an individual, specific service for eroFame visitors coming to Hanover by car, train, or plain.

  • The fairgrounds have motorway access in East/West and North/South direction
  • Regular and special trains stop at the fairground train station Hannover Messe/Laatzen.
  • The Hanover airport can be reached directly from many European metropolitan areas
  • Two city railway lines connect the fairgrounds with the city centre

Car

From the North
A7 in the direction of Kassel/Hannover, Exit 55 Altwarmbüchen to A37 (B3 Messe-Schnellweg) in the direction of Hannover/Messe

From the East
A2 in the direction of Magdeburg/Hannover/Dortmund, Exit 47 at motorway junction Hannover-Buchholz to A37 (B3 Messe-Schnellweg) in the direction of Hannover/Messe

From the South
A7 in the direction of Hannover/Hamburg, Exit 60 motorway triangle Hannover-South to A37 (B3 Messe-Schnellweg) in the direction of Hannover/Messe

From the West

Train

Hanover central station
From Hanover’s central station, you can take the city railway lines 8 or 18 to the fairgrounds. The trains will take you to the entrances NORTH 1 and 2 in about 18 minutes. To get to Hanover, you can either use the regular service of Deutsche Bahn AG or use one of the international night trains.

Fairground train station
The fairground train station Hannover Messe/Laatzen is situated about 400m from entrance WEST 1. You can get to the fairgrounds by shuttle bus or via the weather-protected “Skywalk” personal transport system that connects the trade fair station with the fairground entrance. Trains of Deutsche Bahn AG and regional trains make special stops at the fairground station during the trade fair.
